Cusco MZ diff oil

Guys I'm about to change the oil in my Cusco MZ one way rear diff and would like to know what oil you guys think I should use Cusco? Redline? and what grade??
And help would be great
Also some tips on where to grab some from would be even better.

Anyone have a update on this? I tried some redline shock proof oil and it is noisy. Should I just get some Cusco oil?
