CV joint question

Sup guys well after having the car back on the road for only 5 months the right Cv joint has decided to make some noises.

So my question is are 89 HG/HH DOHC fwd and vr4 CV joints the same?

These are a service item. remove clean regrease and refit. if its only just started clicking you will probably fix it with a service.

It gets worse the more i drive it. If im to pull it out to service it id rather just replace it just incase.

The joints should be the same... Fwd shafts are different on the passenger side though. Single shaft instead of dual shaft.

Servicing, it as Jack suggested, would probably be cheaper than replacing it.
