CVAP is about to dismantle a complete Evo 1

I have just purchased a complete evo 1 that will be dismantled. It is a straight car and is complete in every way at this stage. Shell is NOT registerable. (so please dont ask)E mail me with your questions

What condition is the steering wheel in? Does it have the pad that goes over the centre of it?
How much just for that?
