Decompression Head Gasket & APR Head Studs

Hi all now that my head is apart i wanna fit a decompression head Gasket about 2.20 mm & APR head studs

Anyonw know were i can buy them for a good price othere then RPW & MEEK

Any help would be great

Sorry, just curious, are you after a 2.2mm gasket or a 2.2mm decomp plate used in conjunction with 2 gaskets?

I don't get what you mean ? well im after a 2.2mm decomp gasket

the auto shop told me to get this if i wanna lower the compression, do i still need to get a normal head gasket with the de comp gasket toghter ?? or just use the de compression gasket itself ?

you are better of getting gsr pistons... you have to crack the head anyway so why not just change the pistons instead of a decompression gaskets?? then you can run abit more boost with the gsr pistons over the gasket

i don't get what you're trying to do either..
are you getting a head gasket that is 2.20mm?
or a decompression plate? meaning 2 head gaskets (block, gasket,decomp plate, gasket, head).

it's a decompression head gasket what i was trying to say is that the only thing that i need or do i have to also need to put a 4G93P head gasket like the normal one used on the car now.
