does the FP intake pipe fit evo 1-3?

hey all,

looking to upgrade the intake and was wondering if the intake pipe below will fit and clear the j-pipe aka pipe to intercooler.... using stock maf sensor and a aftermarket air filter like apexi.

here are the parts I'm hoping to bundle, just not sure if the pipe will fit:

By the way... I have relocated the battery to the trunk, but the j-pipe still remains the same.

I also have an injen pipe lined up but I don't think that will work as I've seen that "ShaunEvo" back then where he wasn't able to use the ebay intake pipe because it was hitting the j-pipe or the filter would hit the fuse box.

Pretty sure it won't fit with the stock j-pipe unfortunately.
