Just got back from a full day at the drags
Started at 10am had a half hour lunch break at 1, then back to it for a couple more hours :lol:

In my stock VR4 RS i started out with a time of 14:424.

And got it down to 13.895 :lol: :lol: :lol:

Canberra needs a 1/4mile track :evil:

Thats at exhibition park.

Its only a drag strip once a year...

We had a 1/8th mile once long ago but the brown cardigan brigade killed it.

Its too noisy...blah blah blah.

Supposedly if there is a change of government we will get one.

I mean politicians never back out of pre election promises.(GST anyone :lol: )

I have no idea, first time i ever went to the drags.
Bloody good fun. Only non v8s were me, a swift gti, and a gts-t who thought he was going to run 12s, after 2 14 runs he went home LOL.

But i am ecstatic, I went there looking for a 15 flat so anything under that is a bonus .

Oh and what mods would give me an extra 70hp atw?

my best before the build was a 13.4!!!!

I did kinda cheat on that bit. Not my fault though. Its running about 16 pounds. I broke my bcs.

But i was in full street trim.

What had you done to get 13.4 baz?

quite a bit
stock aus spec with a 3" exhaust with the silencer still on and fmic (without the silencer i would hit boost cut) i ran a 14.4
then bolted on a tdo5/6 hybrid with a wolf3d and bigger fuel i ran a 13.6
then i had it retuned and ran a 13.4

so i decided to rebuild the motor (done 250,000 kms) lots of blow by... not making much power..

get a few mods and you'll be in the 12s mate!!
