E1-3 LED Tails

just as the topic states, do these exist or could be made?

Clear Turn Signal:

No idea what they call these:

Chrome:

None are really LED though.

To clear tail lights in lancers, Australia says no!

I think black tails and headlights look much better on a silver or black Evo than the stock lights do though.
