E3 > S15??????

Looking at either as an option at end of year

Im a 4g63 man at heart.,they rock..the E3 is an Icon..but the more i look at the nissan..the more i like it...its a hot car,and its fuuuuuun..!

Anyone got one?

I was prepared to overlook the whole beep beep barina thing but now you are really starting to worry me. The answer is simple, go drive a slightly modded s14 or s15 in the wet and tell me what happens when boost hits in 2nd gear.

Besides, don't you know the SR20 motor is a diesel?

Hrmm the choice between a car that is alot newer but is only a 2 door and RWD

OR

older car, 4door AWD.

S15 has alot of aftermarket bits aswell
EVO III.. How easy is it to get a new front bar or bonnett. or rear bar and boot lid in the event of an accident? And im not talking fibre glass.

Which would cost more to insure?
What do you want from the car?

S15 is nice, motors need a bit of work though as they are not as strong as the 4G63 but with minimal modification can produce good results ..

It will come down to personal choice and what your budget is and what you want to achieve.

Either is a good choice. If i could have either right now.. I would probably look at an S15 purely for parts availability. I do love EVO's but they are getting a little old in the tooth and parts incase of accident, will either take longer or be unavailable.

Thats just my opinion.. no one needs to agree.

The Evo is getting a bit old, so you'd have to expect to do some maintenance on it. A really good example will set you back quite a bit too.

S15 is newer, but every dick and his dog has one. The motors are supposedly not that strong either. RWD would be fun though!

Skuz on this forum went from a VR4 to an S14, ask him what he thought.

i always have at least another 2 ppl in the car and theres no way i could be fked moving a driver/passenger seat forward to let a rear passenger in (2 door s15)

i was watching a drifting dvd the other day and theres a team in the drift aus putting a rb26 in a s15 as their drift car.

id go a evo3 and get a suicide switch in it like the r32 gtr so u can keep the mighty 4g63 but flick a switch and drift it. (im sure it can b done)

well thats what i wanna do one day.
