Just wanted to see what you guys think of the alloy rear arms you see on ebay. Has anyone tried a set? Are they any good as an upgrade from the pressed steel ones? Would you just rebush and box in the factory evo OEM ones?
Thought it would be great to see what all you guys think

I'm going to try a set of DD arms just for shits and giggles. Boxing and re-bushing the stock ones ready to go back on if the nasty ones let go.

Hard to find out the real info on these hey. Like Jack said, seen pictures of these ally ones all fucked up, but when you read further into it, it has been as a result of something that would have fucked an oem one anyway, albeit in a much more dramatic way. That said, if it's at all fuckable, I'll be the one to find out. Budget racing rules! :)

Just find some nice solid ones or some that don't have any holes that come to a sharp point, that would be the breaking/stress point of the alloy ones

They look better than the older version that had the 'lattice' style fill. But like I said, keeping the stock ones, plating them and will rose joint the outer end after the targa if these hold up.

Stick with steel. Alloy arms manufactured in a sweatshop that's hidden in a backroom of a brothel within a secret cellar of a noodle bar are not worth the risk.
If there's no big name behind them that can guarantee quality control then don't risk getting fukd over by a she-man.
