Actually im 99% sure that this is the real deal.

IIRC I had reported this on the forum a few years ago.

This car was an ex TAFE car that had been donated to the local TAFE by the mitsi dealership and had never been registered.
It was a car for the apprentices to have a look and work on.
It was set to go to auction and would of got picked up very cheaply.
I got this info from a mate from my home town whos dad worked for TAFE.

I can get a hold of him again and confirm the details but its mint!
