Nice. Good price! What about the AMG?
Too much time has passed, to get a price on them you'd need to get someone like JOC to dig up the price.

I wouldn't touch it.

It's been spoken about a few times on here and from memory the general consensus has been "don't touch it"

it's also been for sale for a long time.!!

Theres also no such thing as an RS 2 evo 2 or 3 !!!

And I could be wrong but I think the evo 1 and 2's are CD9A and evo 3's are CE9A !?!?

So if that's the case then a 95 model evo 2 RS2 with a vin of CE9A just sounds all wrong to me.

But anyways, I'm sure others will jump in with info.

Thanks, must've been on the market a while then. I searched back on these pages but only to end of last year. I'm quite sure (done some research) that 2s and 3s are CE9a. However in saying that there is also a 2rs here in WA for sale with CD9a chassis. Cheers

The car isn't suitable for all states (NSW etc), it legally was given a rebuild vin by Vicroads like many of the older evos. So you have to check if a Victorian rebuild is able to be registered in your state which WA is able to IIRC.
I've posted the VIN of the car a few pages back which you can ask your registration authority if that particular vehicle can be registered in your state.

As above, in Evo 1-5 there are only GSR or RS.

Jap CC GSR = CD5A
Evo 1 = CD9A000
Evo 2 = CE9A000
Evo 3 = CE9A010

Regarding the compliance, a personal import (yellow compliance plate) vehicle costs extra as it can be registered in every state and they are rare to come by.

Did anyone consider the fact that the owner may be slightly illiterate or dyslexic?
He probably means its an Evo 2 RS which then makes 100% sense.....considering the black handles, wind up windows, a pillar aerial, shit seats, no climate control etc etc.
