ebay fpr's

hey guys,
just wondering if anyone has tried any of these fpr's off of ebay? wondering how they go? work ok, crap not worth it or what? i have mates with expensive ones and another with a cheap one that works fine, just wondering other experiences?

The way I see it, is that you only need an adj FPR if you need your fuel base pressure to be tuned to if your injectors cant keep up
