Has anyone got a good download software websites for video editing

I have heaps I want to edit but i have no software at all to get it done

I just use windows movie maker for cutting and youtube but it's fairly limited with it's features.

yeah i've used windows movie maker too, fairly easy to use. not sure if it edits dvd footage though.

Ive recently invested in a HDD DVD recorder so I can put my miniDV footage straight to DVD- will be able to make some sweet dvd's of events from now on! 8)
