I finally put electric windows out of a Galant GSR into my car I now have a few questions about the questionable way I wired it up.

Should the power come straight from the battery (does it need tonnes of power)??

Should I have a fuse, should i put a main fuse on the power line then a smaller one in each door so that if one blows they all don't blow?

My drivers side window is really slow going up when its lower in the window, could i have it in crooked or could it be a case of greasing it with that carbon powder or whatever?

You can drag power straight off the batt, not a huge issue. You should have it wired off your ignition tho. They can use a bit of power, but nothign major.

ALL wiring to systems should be fused. No exceptions.

The motor's worn. You can try graphite powder.
