Help Support 4GTuner:

My interior is all back together for now sorry. I can see part of the headlight wiring behind the column cover, looks like three green wires. One with a yellow stripe and one with a brown stripe? Cant see the actual plug though.

Dad said he just spliced the two wires for the GSR tail lighting together, because the Evo only has one wire in its plug that joins to the GSR boot harness.
Attached is the left end of the Evo fusebox.the google translate app has gotten really good over the last few years!!

Now I'm only left with the large plug with single green/black wire. And small blue plug with single yellow/black wire, both near the solenoids on the firewall.
Blue plug is not plugged in on my car. Its just tied up to the loom.
What colour plug on the green/black wire and where is it approx?

I have my Evo AC Loom installed, but there's no plug for it anywhere.. How can yours be plugged in if there's no loom? Or did you leave it plugged in and cut the wires.

You're thinking of the small brown circular plug, for setting base timing. And I'm not sure what sensor you're thinking of for the FPR? I have the standard FPR, and the vac line just goes to the solenoid on the firewall.

Yea must be that one. Never used it.

Um yea the solenoid is what I was thinking of, haven't had one for years so couldn't remember if it had a plug, thought I'd suggest it just in case

Yeah, the plug for the secondary air system solenoid is there, so it must be Evo 3 because only they had SAS right?
But the plug for the solenoid is just a two pin, like the FPR solenoid plug.

Wiring problem #54215

Front passenger door electrics don't work. Can't wind the window up or down from the passenger side or the drivers controls. Central locking is also not working on that door.

Trying to activate the front passenger window from the drivers controls spins up the ABS pump..
Hmmm

That's really strange haha. Can't help you there because mine was fine straight away. There was a few extra plugs in the passenger area when I plugged the door and ecu and stuff back up, maybe something there is mixed or shorted somehow?

Must have fucked something up.. Somehow.. Doing my head in. Basically have no idea what the issue is. Going to bed now, will fight with it some more tomorrow..

Just need to work my way through the wiring and find out what the issue is really, no quick fix as far as I can see. The electric windows and the ABS System are two totally different circuits, so they definitely shouldn't be interfering with each other. I've probably crushed two wires somewhere behind the dash by accident.. Hopefully the dash won't have to come out again. I'll update when I find the problem :)
Intercooler kit finally arrived, should get it running and actually idling this evening! Can't wait. Six months off the road is nearly over.

Problemo solved!
Turns out one of the plugs for the passenger door harness is the same as one of the plugs that joins the ABS harness to the dash harness. And theyre pretty much right next to each other, and share a bunch of similar colours. And are both wrapped in foam.

So yeah, don't plug those in backwards. Or youll come to a quick stop when you go to wind your windows down..
