UPDATE:

*** DECIDED TO KEEP IT & RUN WITH STOCK RADIATOR ***

Thanks for all the interest. Was going to be up for the cost of another manifold, cost of more ceramic coating, cost of a new external wastegate as the exsting one wouldnt probably fit on the replacement manifold etc so I decided to keep what I have and sell the alloy radiator to put some $$ back in the kitty. It was either dont run it and be $1000+ better off, or run the alloy radiator and be at least $600+ worse off....

To the buyer I had lined up, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and I really appreciated your patience and understanding this last week whilst I was investigating my options. We all have to make some $$ decisions sometime and I just need to stop spending $$ and get the frikken car on the road as its been 6.5 years off the road

Thanks mate I'm really happy with this design and quality so we've decided that if there's no interest within a week we're gonna cut the head flange of it and shorten all runners by 5mm each to get the clearance from the new radiator. Then I'll have to get it recoated again

where did you get the radiator from? can you return it at all?
get something that sites underneath the upper radiator support?

The radiator was imported from overseas so I cant send it back, I wanna run it anyway because I didnt want to retain the stock radiator with plastic tanks. I'm still keeping the aircon as well so the radiator cant go underneath the support panel due to the aircon condensor. Our cars are very tight behind the radiator support panel with so many items that you have to plumb and wire up with little kiddy hands just to get to them.

Updated... thanks for all the interest but I'm gonna keep it - what a frikken headache the last week has been getting measurements, cost analysis etc

Yeah mate, thanks for taking the measurements as it helped make the decision. At the end of the day decided to keep mine as not worth spending extra $$ on another manny + ceramic coating + external gate for the sake of using a wider alloy radiator  As far as the radiator is concerned its already sold to my brother  Rob Barac still retains a stock radiator in his EVO drag car so fuk it, we'll see how it goes
