Well if you got your licence BEFORE July 1st this year, the restriction on you is 125kW per tonne. If you got/are getting your licence AFTER July 1st, you have a whole new lot of restrictions. You can't drive anything with:

Eight or more cylinders;
A turbocharged or supercharged engine; (excludes diesel engines)
An engine that has been modified to improve its performance; and/or
Certain high performance six cylinder cars.
