hey guys i would just like to know if anyone was interested in buying my gsr off me . there is a few things that need to be looked at and it has been in front end accident recently but have spent 2000 fixing it to perfect with new panels and fresh paint.
i'm abit of a noob with the mechanical side of cars so not really sure what the problems are but a few people have told me some things.
- brake pads need to be changed, adjusted and new fluid? or possibly need machining? (when pushing on brake pedal there is knocks you can feel through the pedal, not very loud but you can feel them come through).
- whenever i let the clutch out there is a knock(possibly something loose)
- after accident idiot panel beater didn't wire the highbeams properly but low beams work fine and fog lights are wired so driving at night isn't really a problem.
they are the problems but besides that the car runs awesome but on the good stuff now.
the car basically has a brand new front with new panels and fresh paint with some other places that needed attention was sprayed to(quarter panels are red, bumper is red and hood, side mirrors and spoiler is black).
the car has:
-king spring lows (installed new less then one year ago)
-2" pipe cat back to 4" cannon
-cd/mp3 panasonic with 4" sony fronts and kenwood 6x9 back
-k&n pod filter in box
-fog lights
-sprayed black wheels for jap look
-new alternator (about 10,000kms ago)
-new timing belt kit installed (about 15,000kms ago)
-tyres all round have about 90-80% tread
-rego till september
-been serviced every 5000-10000kms
-used only bp ultimate since i bought it a year ago.
-jsut turned over 150000kms
rwc will have to be done urself.
the car itself is pretty good for its age a few scratches and dents but nothing major. panels are pretty straight. and paint is faded at back but again not major. check out the photos. interior is very clean and just the normal wear and tare from age.
another thing is that it has a 4g67 engine other then the regular 4g61. dodn't notice till a few months ago. always thought it had a 4g61. but anyway the 4g67 is a 1.8 litre with 92kw at the fly. i might be wrong?
give your evo's/gsr's/vr4's a rest and drive this to work lolz..its a pretty good daily and gets about 450-500kms to a tank or if u give it a bit it gets u about 420.
i'm chasing about 3000ono. any questions msg me on 0432454387. i'm in melbourne westside. also just looking for the right price so if i find it i will sell otherwise please no stupid offers otherwise i'll be happy to keep it since i love this car so much lolz. thanks guys.
