looking to do a near cheap brake upgrade.

Brembo conversion is too much at this time but i do want to know has any one fitted GTO 4 pots to the front?

Can i do this and run a standard size evo rotor?

Any thoughts and help be good :)

No, you'll need to run GTO rotors, also some wheels to clear the calipers.

GTO upgrade would cost almost as much as a Brembo upgrade once you factor in the cost of having brackets made, calipers, and pads. Unless you're making serious power and track the car regularly, the twinpots with DBA4000 rotors and decent pads will do the job perfectly.

This topic has been covered before...a few times.

If you stick with the normal calipers I have some ebc yellow pads for sale with little use as I upgraded to gto setup. In my for sale thread, gsr parts WA

I done the GTO 4 pot conversion with Evo 4 rotors, if your getting custom dog bones made you can run what ever rotor you want with in reason, I got my callipers off trade me for $100 from memory, came with pads which may still be floating around somewhere I think. I went from GSR single pots so it made a huge difference, I'd agree its hardly worth the hassle if your going to run the standard rotor, get some decent pads in it, project mu do some really good pads but I dont know where you would get them in NZ.

I also had to get new wheels to clear the callipers an they were hard to find
