Evo 1-3 guards

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows if there is a difference between evo 1 and evo 2-3 guards or are they all the same and do they all have the large flare on the front ?

Usually always see them advertised as Evo 3 guards only because I'm guessing it sounds better
