Evo 1 GSR AC fan runs all the time

Looking for some help on my Evo 1 GSR.

I have just replaced my heater core (removed the dash completely) and fitted a Haltech E8 plug in. When I turned the ignition on my AC fan starts and runs.
I assume this has something to do with the dash removal, possibly have plugged something in incorrectly but I was hoping someone on here might have also experienced it before I pull the dash and start again.
Any help would be great

my mate had something similar happen to his SS ended up blowing his relay

i suspect it may even have something to do with your e* ecu since they have fan controll inside the ecu

Your ecu would be set up to run fan constantly. Get into the setup and change it
