I'm very curious, but are "bars" just primarily an Australian term? It's funny as in the Subaru community and elsewhere in the states I only here it referred to as a bumper ;)

If anyone knows where to find an HKS Front bar I'd love to purchase one.

Thanks!

When I moved here from N.Z I was like WTF is this 'bar' shit. Its a friggen bumper!

A bar is where you go and get drunk- then wrap an iron bar over someone's head.

As above

does anyone know?

cheers

Dan

Yes, I was quoted about $600 for the bar skin alone and $275 for the reo both were available next day delivery from Sydney,
The two centre sections of mesh come to about about $500. It doesnt all come as an assembly as you can buy a 2nd hand one. Have you bent yours Dan?
I am looking into finding a company that I can get some mesh the same size/style as the genuine mesh for mine.

You say clever, we say lazy  That's okay, we wouldn't want your Australian minds to be cluttered up with all those excess syllables ;) :)

kenoaf! You NZ'ers say 'pull', we say 'pool' so when you ask us if we have a 'pull' there's little wonder why we look at you strangley you deviates

I'm still not understanding how the term "bumper skin" translates into "bar," but oh well ;). I never hear anyone refer to it as a bumper bar. The bar is behind the bumper and generally not connected :p

We call it a 'bumper bar'... or 'bar' for short.

I still dont know why Americans refer to G-strings as 'thongs'... the rubber things that we wear on our feet  Then there's 'fanny' where you guys mean bum, but we refer it to a girl's front bum
