Center shouldnt need to be changed, just the FR and RR diffs (crown/pinion's)

can you use the vr4 crown wheel on the evo centre, saving the hassle of opening up the gearbox?

Swap the rear diff or swap over the 3.545 front diff from the KM into the W5 and keep it all 3.545?
im not sure exactly the condition of the box,seems ok though

So what exactly are you hoping to achieve?
I have a spare vr4 diff here and should have my evo box stripped by the weekend I too am on the gold coast and I could have some tech stuff here you are more than welcome to come have a look if it helps sort you out. pm me

You can use the EVO gears in the VR4 diff housing. The LSD centre from the EVO will not have the drive gear for the rear steer.

What im doing is this.
My KM255 (3.545) Box is on the way out.
I have a W5M33 box (3.909)
Different ratio....
So its either change my rear diff thats currently 3.5 to a 3.9 and bolt the W5M33 Box in
OR
Swap the internal front diffs around in the Gearbox (Put the 3.545 KM diff into the W5M33 Box) and leave the stock vr4 diff in the back
one or the other.
th front diff is probably easier.
