Evo 3 Bumper mounts

Hi

Can the mounts/brackets (highlighted in red in pic below) used to attach the top part of the Evo 3 bumper (to the body of the car) be put on a GSR so an Evo 3 bumper can be secured at the top? Or are these mounts/brackets part of the Evo 3 body and can't be detached and moved over to a GSR?

They are spot welded to the radiator support....so you either need to buy an evo rad support or find one to drill them off.
They are not available to buy separately.
Alternatively you could make something up yourself.

Or another option is you can use an air diversion panel, that will hold the bar in place without welding tabs to the support

I've done it to mine, it's not really stiff but it will still help the bar from sagging and flying off

Mine is only zip tied to the cooling panel and it's fairly sturdy haha

Yeh its firm, prob can move it about 5-10mm if u try to

The bolt holes on my E3 bumper have split. Air diversion plate sounds like the go then.

I also seem to have a gap between the drivers side headlight and the bumper. I've also seen it on a few other genuine E3's. Anybody got this issue too?

Is the gap on both sides or just the drivers side?
Should be the same on both sides unless your reo is bent?
