short answer...no

longer answer...yes..if you also install the ecmlite. that will allow you to dial the injectors in.

If you want to see what ecmlite does....I have three cars and all have it fitted so drop by and I can show you.

sorry i dont get reply emails anymore so bit slow getting back sometimes, as brian said, not idea no, car will run, probably depends on ho wlong you want to run it for. saying that i am running 560's on a e3 ecu at the moment and it potters around fine, but it never gets pushed to hard. ecmlink is the way.
