Tuner Pro is definatly what you'll need..... not for the inexpeireanced tho you should be able to find it for free as its freeware.

I have tried tunerpro but can not find any definitions for the evo 3 ECU.

generally, the people who have those files, dont let them go easy.

you might need to make your own definition file 8)
