If my car decides to break something- could I borrow it on the sunday to tow it back to Melboune?? I dont mind putting in some cash towards the possibility.....

I'd love to come up for the whole time, but work owns!

Nothing really!

Here's my options:

(option A) Ditch the mrs and get someone else to come up with me with a towbar

(option B) Hire a ute and trailer for satuday morning and bring it back sunday arvo

or

(option C) Drive up and pray something doesn't break

im in the same boat as you too in a way dre, i hire a trailor and use my company car too tow with.

fred hasnt got a heavy duty enough tow bar. we may be able to work something out if you need a trailor:thumbsup:

but i wouldnt be able to lend you the car to tow with thats all.:thumbsdown:

ah yeh it was tempting... but not this year unfortunatly.... its just that it falls at the end of a very busy calendar.. its the week after the SA Rallysprint championships, andthen the weekend after we've got a gravel test day, then back to tarmac trim for classic adelaide, then off season prep time!

Maybe next year if they have a really good hillclimb venue.. (and depending on if the Victorian ARC round happens next year like the rumors say it will)

Pretty sad really, the visit to the Mexicans, numbers have dropped big time as stated, when it was disscussed moving it to Vic was the local contingent to support the event moving?

Looks like it has backfired bigtime, I may have to go Over sea's for work will know at the end of this month but if I get the trip I'll forfeat my position.

None of the early evo owners who have always entered the Nats are going down so pretty SAD REALLY.

NSW still has the largest number of competitors to date entered.

Will be interesting how it all pans out.

WT I'd be an idiot if i knocked back my opportunity of a work business trip with all expenses paid, work trip for 2 weeks Vs spending around $1,000+ to do the Nats in Winton with none of my regular competitors & mates :fuuuuu:

I'm sure there'll be more entries in the next couple of weeks- i'm entering, but havent paid yet- been busy buying goodies. I'm sure it's the same story with others.....!?
