Evo Seats in a CC GSR

Hi All,

Just wondering if an EVO 8 Seats and rail will bolt directly into a CC GSR? and rear ones.

Any info would be great.

I think i've seen a few posts on this topic before, but to answer your question. No, they wont bolt straight in 1-6 are drop in replacements but anything after that will require mods.

you might be able to bolt the evo 8 recaros onto some evo 1-6 rails

That also doesnt fit, the EVO8 seats are alot narrower compared to the EVO1-6

Yes they physically fit. Although they do not sit perfectly.

Thanks mate, when you say they don't sit perfectly, do you mean thrres gaps or the hit the doors? anyone got a photo of how they fit?

I have dans old evo 7 seats in my gsr. The front seats will sit slightly off centre to the steering wheel but won't notice it after a couple of days. The rear seat base sits fine, a bit higher than the gsr cos its a thicker base, the back fits in but sits up tight against the seatbelts so won't retract properly and also the sides are shaped differently and leave a gap against the body

My TME interior was nearly a perfect fit in my evo 3. There was just a small gap between the rear wheel arch and the bottom part of the rear seat.
Looked pretty cool too

^ yep got E6 seats in my Evo too...perfect fit. Looks much more modern inside now.
