Exhaust changes - possible lean?

On my to do list is a GTPumps ported turbine housing with 34mm waste gate to go on my big 16g, and an ActionDan 3" dump pipe, both ceramic coated. The car already has a mandrel 3" system from the dump back. Just wondering how much if any difference to my A/F ratio this is going to make. The step after that is a matching GTPumps exhaust manifold also ceramic coated.

Getting really carried away, the engine has 272 cams in it, and is fed by 510cc injectors. Once the manifold is done too is it possible that there could be enough flow difference that I need to upsize the injectors? It regularly sees the high side of 7K.

In most cases. The afr generally goes rich instead of lean with an exhaust upgrade. Boost cut may be evident afterwards if no tuning is done.

Just my 2c.
I would have thought as we have a maf equipped car, then changes are allowed for unlike a sd car. I mean if it used to hit a particular load point and you have increased efficiecy so that you are seeing 1 or 2 higher load cells, then it is still calculated for.
But if you get too high a load point at a particular area, the ecu will boost cut

You should put a wideband in if you already dont have one, that way you can keep an eye on afr while boosting

I got a dump from him years ago, looked to be good quality until I checked the flatness of the flanges. I had to get both machined flat as they were warped from welding.
And it was brand new too direct from him.
Hopefully the quality is better or mine was just a one off fault.

Ive contacted him too..but he wants a few orders made before he will make them...so if you guys are getting one please let me know so I can jump on board too??

When I was speaking to Action Dan he told me I'd have to send my EVO 3 o2 for a template for him to work off because he doesn't have the jigs anymore. So if anyone happens to have one not on a car?

AEM failsafe wide band is also on the list.
