exhuast manifold?

im looking at getting a new exhaust manifold for my evo 1 and was wondering which is better cast iron or steam pipe or mild steel? cheers

just get a gtpumps evo 3 cast $350 it will do the trick fine works great on my car heaps more freer up top revs nice looks stock so no issues from poloce epa etc

Stay away from Stainless.

standard ones with out cracks work well if you port them out a bit
