We bought this from the states hoping to fit to a RVR 7 bolt 4G63T into a CC lancer using a FWD lancer gearbox but when it came up we noticed it doesnt fit the bellhousing,
so now its up for sale

F1 Racing Lightweight Chromoly Flywheels are made from 4140 one-piece billet chromoly steel.
They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response.
Most incorporate special design features to enhance the air flow to improve the cooling of the clutch.
The ring gear teeth are milled onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel which has the possibility of separating from the flywheel.
All F1 Racing Chromoly flywheels have passed engineering tests to 12,000 rpm.
After professionally installed the flywheel requires a 500 mile break-in period.

Ultra heavy-duty and weighs only 11.5 lbs (stock flywheel weighs 19 lbs)
Meets or exceeds SFI 1.1 specification
Made from 4140 forged chromoly steel (2X stronger than the billet steel)
F1 Racing Lightweight Chromoly flywheels incorporate special design features to enhance the airflow for improved clutch cooling
F1 Racing Lightweight Chromoly flywheels work with every clutch including Exedy, ACT, Fidanza, Clutchmasters, and other OEM clutch kits
CAD designed, CNC machined and computer balanced

curious about the welds on the ring gear.....are the teeth milled into the flywheel or is the ring gear pressed on.

Im interested....how much would post to perth cost?

Need to ask Rob more about this 1, he had a good look at it and played with it

All i know is the flywheel wont fit inside a AWD EVO/GSR bellhousing, or a FWD lancer housing...

The ring gear looks pressed on and welded in a few spots. The flywheel suits the larger Mitsubishi bellhousings and a 7 bolt crank. The larger bellhousings came on things like a 4G64 FWD RVR or Nimbus etc.

Postage to Perth Express Platinum would be $74.50.
Standard Post is $24.50 which is less reliable but would do the job... That is up to 6kg which the flywheel is about 5kg

Mik-e has put up the flywheel for sale on my behalf so i would organise the delivery if you would like it.
