fibreglass bonnet

Just wondering if fibreglass bonnets are legal? I can't imagine them being since its quite brittle but I don't wanna pay the price for a genuine one lol

No, they don't meet ADR regs
If you have an accident with a pedestrian, they splinter not dent which would harm the person more.....apparently

either are carbon fibre but you see manufactures releasing special productions cars with them so go figure

Bugger, yea what's the deal with that haha, if you did run one and had an accident would your insurance not pay out?
