Do you have those photos of that evo 3 vented vr4 bonnet that I posted up on clubvr4 aaaaaages ago?

I didn't like the look at the time but I think I like it now :lol:

I just can't remember :lol:

Or if anyone else has any evo 3 vented vr4 bonnet options post up. :wink:

yeah i know he's got the vents.. it's the "buldge" i'm thinking about now.. :? :lol:

the dude in nz wanted around $2000.00 total shipped to AUS

same as bootlid

finding parts for early evos is like trying to find gold at sovereign hill

ehehe that was the best part of that place. Ive been for school and with family. It was really funny once though, because i scoped up a big gold rock and my friends were like "OMG u found a massive piece of gold, WTF give me it".. and it was a rock wrapped in gold wrapper.. eheheh

I bought EVO 5/6 bonnet vents from X-Racing and had them moulded into my coupe's bonnet so you boys can look at the same thing to have EVO 3 vents moulded into the VR4 one. Mine turned out good.... see here: http://home.exetel.com.au/evocoupe/images/evo-00x/EVO-00X_Bonnet.JPG . It's not finished yet, the place that had been working on my bodywork closed down in the meantime (owner had Cancer) and the new owner threw away all the old paint tins he didnt know what they were.... and you guessed it.... my custom pearl mix was one of them . So looks like when its time for the bonnet to be finished off it's going Jap Racer Black! :lol: , I suppose its more convenient as you can always repair it and repaint it when the stone chips get bad without worrying about matching the colour to the rest of the panels :wink:
