hey i finally ordered my pistons.. bloke says yeah theyre in stock... 2 mins later i get a call 'they arent in stock itll take 2 or 3 weeks...goddamnit ive been driving a vb commodore for 2 months now ... it feels like a boat.
 
oh bad luck, did u ask him to make it free postage or make it cheaper coz on the inconvience?

thems the brakes, the pros and cons on modifying cars.

what pistons did u end up ordering? r u re-building the 93 or goin to a 63?
 
welcome to my world;
i have been waiting
5 weeks for injectors
9 weeks for (the right) cams
4 weeks for stuff from japan(which is ok)

heaps of other stuff that has just arrived after alot of agro,

you soon get totally over it mate
 
im still waiting on my manifold.

my parts have been sitting in my garage making me sad since jan this year :(

arias forged and its '93 all the way

the major reason i'm not swapping motors is cos i dont know how much theyve been flogged.... at least with the current one i know what i've done to it :D
 
If you dont mind me asking how much are the pistons costing and where are you getting them thru? I am 4G93 all the way as well so when I get around to it I would like to kno where to get parts from and how much I will need in the bank account to pay for them all. Cheers.
