I'm in Runcorn Jase, all ok here mate. My grandmother's house went under in the 74 floods and I've always made sure to live up high ever since!

Umm :unsure: I live in Townsville.....
1200kms away
BUT we are without a shitload of food on the supermarket shelves.
I went yesterday to coles and they didnt have a lot of things....and weird things were empty as well apart from the staples you expect to buy.
Their last pallets came in on fri night and none again till mon...the shop will be virtually empty now and I wouldnt be supprised if they closed.
Anyway we are better off up here than the poor people who have nothing left at all in their house, if in fact its still standing.

I dunno, I get third hand stories from people at work over here.
Yeah my sister in Springwood which is unaffected was saying that the local shops down there have stuff all. Sounds like people are freaking out a bit..
