Forum updates/Rejigs

Hi Everybody,

In the hope of streamlining the boards a little, we have updated the board layout, adding some new forums, and deleting some existing forums that were not frequently used.

You will notice some changes to things, so bear with us, as we feel they will be for the better in the long term.

Also, you will notice that the Suggestions & Feedback section has gone. There are a few reasons but the most important is that it usually just ends up being an off topic conversation going on in there.
