FP 080 Housing vs Stock 070

Hey guys,

I have had my eye on the 8cm exhaust housing that Forced Performance have on special at the moment.

Obviously increasing the size of the exhaust housing is going to create a bit of extra lag, but i'm planning on maxing out a TD05 20g and thought the extra power up top will be good.

Has anyone used one of these units? Is it as simple as a changeover and everything bolts straight back up??

yeah I had a 080 from gt pumps and had it machined for my td06sl2 turbine, it was all the same as a 070 but bigger


and that's cheap from fp! or is it $600au for shipping lol

I recently been using a guy called fernando at realstreetperformance. He is very good with shipping prices. Maybe he can ship it for you.

I had to split my shipment into lots smaller than $1k au including postage. So as not to be required to pay gst

I don't think theres much between them, I have an 8cm FP housing off my Green sitting here. I think the Evo X 12cm twinscroll housing has more potential, obviously a bigger job to utilise of course.
