custom made. standard tapers to a 2inch or so pipe/... this was made to adapt to2.5" piping

if you look at the welds and the run of seam weld.. i would say mild.

unsure.. it could be stainless. could be mild.. I didnt get it made, it was on the car when i purchased it.. But it appears to be made quite well. as stated, only reason i am selling it is because I have changed all piping, else i would still be using it.
