Well I have decided to sell my breaks :( since I will be working more interstate and overseas this year. They are a set of Alcon Monobloc 6 piston callipers with matching Alcon 2-piece rotors.
Now the following is taken from the Tweakit web page (www.tweakit.net) which pretty much sums up everything that you might want to know about the breaks:

Top of Alcon's caliper range is the Mono6, a gravity die-cast aluminum monobloc 6-piston caliper, evolved from Alcon's hugely successful 6-pot racing designs. This is the leader in road sport caliper technology, featuring a lightweight, compact body with increased stiffness and rigidity. This caliper comes in three body types depending on the disc thickness used (28, 32 or up to a 381x36mm! larger than V8 Supercars). Also featured are integral pad retaining pins for superior pad mounting (reduced stiction) as well as high temperature piston seals and in-bore dust seals. Pistons are differentially sized to improve pad wear characteristics. These calipers are also radial mount construction to allow ease of fitment to any application.

Asking price is $2, 700 ono

If interested pm me.

a couple of questions,

what is the od and size of the rotors?

have you had to upgrade the brake master cylinder?

how many kms have they done?

Ok they are 300mm x 28mm thick.
I did not need to upgrage the brake master cylinder as their internal fluid capacity is equivilant to that of the standard single piston calliper. The Alcons do not effect the ABS system what so ever.
They have done roughly 15,000km.
Any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Got something else to stop me

I love the brakes....We will see if anyone wants the stnd ones i have.
