hey mate, maybe a silly Q but are these to suit the '63t ce9a?

Certainly will. They'll fit any 4G63T standard mount turbo, thats all evo 1/2/3, VR4 etc. Prob also 4G93T's, but someone would have to confirm that, can't recall the fitting of those.
