Hey,

I'm selling my '93 CC GSR (AWD) with Evo 1 conversion.

Specs:
Evo 1 motor
GSR gearbox, rear LSD factory diff and transfer
165000kms on body, mostly country k's. (motor has about 120 I believe)
Lowered ~1.5" with KYB shocks and Lovell springs (good ride)
Engine registered with Vicroads
3" mandrel bent exhaust from turbo with 3 choices of flanged muffler
Big FMIC with stainless piping
New clutch, link bushes, clutch fork, master and slave cylinder
Reco front driveshafts
New timing belt
Galant VR4 twin pot fronts
15" rims with 205/50 Goodyear F1s with good tread
Evo 3 fibreglass front bar
BOV (back to airbox)
Currently registered but I'll be selling unregistered unless you know someone who can do a RWC. It's the ADM version as well so it has the proper VIN number, so interstate people will have no troubles registering it unlike 6T9xxx VIN import/reshell Lancers.

It's very straight and hasn't been in an accident. The paint is good. Engine is very clean and tight as well.

I've replaced the gearbox and transfer case now.

$7,500 unreg is my asking price. We might be able to organise something with the rego. PM me if you're interested, or call 0434 922 794.

If my price is way off the mark let me know ... I am negotiable to an extent.

Thanks for sorting out the pics GSRSOL.

buyers market atm i think, havnt even had one enquiry for my gvr4

Yeah. I'm in no real rush though, but it would be nice to sell it before I go overseas next Feb. You sold your Cordia pretty quick though I see.

With the late model EVO's flooding the market, unfortunately the older cars values suffer......

Goodluck with the sale tho- $8k is a decent price

Cheers. I think the price is reasonable too given that the earlier Evos/conversions go considerably better than the competition at the price (WRXs) and aren't too much slower than later Evos. Plus it's still less than half what a later model Evo costs. That said it's still negotiable for cash because of the gearbox.

even with a dodgy box this is good value. good luck with teh sale mate.

Cheers mate. I'm trying to source a gearbox. The price will be higher obviously with a replacement box installed :) I'd probably keep it but I am really going overseas in a few months.

The replacement gearbox is now in (I also replaced the transfer case). The car is going well now. I've spent a fair bit on it now

There is a little bit of fat in the price -- I need to sell it by mid-Jan at the latest.

Any interest? It shouldn't need much for RWC. I'm going to put it up on Carsales within the next couple of weeks.

This is the cheapest Evo motored GSR on here!

Bump - I've still got this ... It's definitely a buyers market these days.

I'm moving to Canada at the end of January so I'd like this gone before then.

There's nothing much wrong with it at all, the roof is a bit patchy (aren't they all), it's been repaired with bog so there's a few little spots where bog is cracking. I got quoted $300 for a cheap bog job + paint and one of the members on here said he could fit a new roof skin for a good price.

Otherwise it's in very good condition. The body is straight and there's only a couple of 10c piece sized parking dints. Both steering rack boots need to be replaced. The tyres, brakes and interior are all in good nick. For RWC it shouldn't need anything other than the rack boots and maybe the original front springs put back in because it sits a bit low at the front (they will come with the car). Engine goes well and has new timing belts. The replacement gearbox is very good.

It was dyno'ed by the previous owner at 135 kw atw @ 5000 rpm and 12 psi (I have the dyno sheet). It should do about 150 kw atw or more now. When it was dyno'ed it was only revved to 5000 rpm because the boost wasn't properly regulated. The balance shafts were also 180 degrees out which as most of you will know makes it reluctant to rev out. That's all sorted now and it's got a wicked mid range and is a lot of fun to drive :)

If anyone is interested in this, I'm planning to cancel the rego at the end of January, so if you want a test drive let me know and come and have a look!

$7000 until January 31. I'm planning to cancel the rego after that as I'm going overseas. So if you want to test drive it, get in contact with me. If anyone wants to some video/audio of it idling in the driveway PM me.

Here are a couple of pics of the interior:
