Its been along project started since May 18, 2003 in the making 7+ years

Its always been my daily untill around 1 year ago, has been built with the main aim to be a track weapon and fast street sleeper with no expense spared or corners cut
with methodical attention to detail. 22g out of pocket expenses with all work on the build of the engine & mechanicals done by myself.

Details are as follows

Registration: NSW as AWD 4g63t Lancer wagon.
Engine: RSEII 2ltr forged and balanced 5 sided Valve job Titanium retainers Cosworth Springs new valve guides on 272 Cams, Built to run 25psi (current high boost setting is 23psi)
Extensively Ported and polished are all oil journals and interior side of the block Genuine Walbro
Ported polished and matched: intake mani, head, exhaust Manifold, 20g Exhaust housing, EIII new cast with large waste gate flapper
Exhaust: 3" front Pipe, to factory cat, mated to a Fujitsubo Legalis R stainless cat back
Body has been freshly resprayed 5months ago and has been driven 4 times since then as its a garage pig
Wheels Oz Racing 5 Spoke white Chrono's in mint condition on GIII's

i got to have a look at this car the other night
the pics dont do it justice
the paint is immaculate
and everything has been done - super clean!

4years past yes miss it a lillte but 7RS-II takes my mind away from it instantly
 
such a pity new owner didnt take as much care / treamemnet of it than I did probably why he did bottom end pushing way over the 25psi I had built it to cope with on the track.
 
so it's sold and new owner blew the motor? If it was built for over 25 psi why would the engine blow then?
