I'm going to try something different with the car and setup, so I'm selling the entire engine/turbo setup and some other pieces. At this stage I would like to sell it all as one but if I get enough interest for a part out I will go down that path.
So here it goes.
The engine is a 6 bolt bottom end with the following parts.
Jackson Auto Machine 2.3 stroker kit
Forged steel 100mm crankshaft
JE pistons
Oliver rods
All new bearing and seals
New oil pump housing evo style bracket with external oil cooler
Modified oil pan. Now holds 7L
Evo 9 balance shaft
The Head is a big port vr4 that was send to Jackson auto machine in Hanover, MD for
CNC with following parts installed,
1mm O/S nitride coated valves
Multi angle valve cut
Titanium bee hive springs & retainers
Bronze guide
HKS 272 cams and cam gears,
Have flow chart.
Turbosmart fuel reg
Hypertune fuel rail with id2000's
All this is controlled by a vipec v44 and Cdi unit with custom loom for the engine and fuel pumps. Car made 365kw @ all 4s on just 23psi
Intake & exhaust manifolds, turbo and wastegate
Hypertune inlet manifold with Plazmaman 76mm TB
6 boost exhaust manifold
Borg Warner/bullseye S259
Tial 44mm external gate plumbed back
3in stainless exhaust from turbo back, 3.5 metal cat, sport muffler.
Fuel system.
Twin walbro pumps mounted in the standard tank with a swirl pot
1/2in feed and return lines
Intercooler and piping.
Hypertune custom radiator with header tank
Hypertune intercooler with piping all in 2.5" dia and 4" intake with custom air box.
There's probably a few things I missed but pm me for more details.
I'm going to set the price at 12k for everything if u think that's 2 much make me an offer. I'll be happy to talk.
Ps everything was in perfect running order when I pulled this from the car.
