I'm selling my turbonetics manifold, i bought it off another member but havnt used it

Its been ported, ceramic coated, and has had bungs welded for individual EGT probes (to test each cylinder temp).. and has a 38mm external wastegate adapter flange.

Reason for sale - Change of plans

Note: This is the same manifold Rob Barac used to run his 10's in his evo..
will suit any t3 flanged turbo

Price = $500

Ceramic coating alone cost over $150

There some damage to the flange during shipping, but its nothing serious.
it was repaired and doesn't leak.

Its 1 of the best CAST IRON T3 manifold for the 4g63's...
will never crack!

I also have an unused Adapter for T3 GT30 etc turbo to bolt to T20,25,28 style manifold flange - $150

TURBO ALREADY SOLD

Could you PM me a pic of the under side?

or link to web is fine for pic?

the 38mm ex gate port pic of that too!
and where are you? possibily guess for frieght to brisbane! very keen!

hey Troy, The adapter is a T28 to T3 flange.. its so you can bolt a T28 flanged turbo onto a T3 flanged manifold and vice versa

The manifold is to suit the 4G63T engine and uses a T3 turbo flange

Im located in Newcastle, NSW

Pics are below, you can see the damage on the flange but it never effected the performance... wont cost much to get it repaired

do you know who put the probe bungs in? (I'm fitting an EGT monitor to the manafold) And are they of STD probe fittings? (not much point if they are different)

is the hole broken or cut?

Is the the input > to suit VR4 or Evo I can't remember if they are the same or different in the exhaust? I know the intake is bigger on the VR4

I already have a brand new tube manafold but it is a cheap one off Ebay and i'm not putting that much faith in it. I was going to build a good one but time might get the better of me! As I'm going to build an Intake manafold too.

Not sure who put the probe bungs in... im pretty sure they are the standard probe fittings

The hole was broken but rewelded... i bought it like that from the previous owner

Im pretty sure the exhaust ports are both the same between EVO and VR4

VR4 and EVO are the same. PM bazeng as IIRC this is his old manifold.

Sorry for the huge delay on this enquiry.. but do you know if a garrett GT30R82 will have any clearence problems with the compressor housing?

I dont really want to fit a spacer.

The Evo and Vr4 exhaust ports are the same mate.

The flange bit was broken, but rewelded and machined flat. It doesn't leak.

As for the bungs, they were welded in the USA. They come with block off bolts and the thread is to suit an AEM gauge I believe.

I made up a fitting that converted the thread on that manifold to the thread on my Apexi EGT gauge.

The idea is to measure all 4 runners on the dyno and then adjust the injector trims to try and get all cylinders to run as close as possible (af ratio wise)..

Don't trust the dodgy stainless steel ebay manifolds. They wont last. The turbonetics will hold up to anything!!

BUMP!!!!

Still have this, want to get rid of it in the next week hopefully, lookin at gettin a custom 1 made up
