They are bottom mount, they came with a pair of recaro style seats I recently purchased however I won't be needing them.

note: I had to take them out of the packaging for the first time to take this pic.

The holes look like shit for brand new rails, but I guess that's what 10c a day for a 14 year old with a drill gets ya. :lol:
