Hey guys,

im considering a Hyper Sports as my next daily driver ...

just wondering what a manual one chews through? Im thinking similar to EVO 3 plus a little more seeing as they would weigh a little more ?

what sort of range do you get to a tank and how big is the tank ?

I did 410km and top up the tank with 48l. The tank is 55l. Bare in mind that mine is Hyper Sports Gear Auto with my custom chip.

I managed 375km, SSG auto.

meanwhile, next to everything on my car is factory, so I think I need new o2 sensors, would definitely give me that bit extra.

Don't forget that my car is running 1.5bar boost and it's regularly boosted on my way to/from work

My fuel consumption varies abit, probably my driving lol, Manual HSGR I do about 350-380 to the tank on premium 98 in the suburbs. on the highway its a bit nicer i'd estimate about 550kms to the tank or about 10L/100km.

I manages 550kms on a 60L tank sometimes a bit less or more.
That's on a combine highway and traffic lights.

Best I ever gotten was 10L/100kms

I get 300 in town (60 top speed) if I shift into 4th, or if I let it sit in 3rd I get around 350-360. I just put 100 octane/10 percent ethanol into it... seems like I'm getting slightly better economy.

If you ever look underneath one, the stock exhaust is ultra restrictive. I'd imagine with a 3" it would be notable better.

Far out - some interesting figures here! Mine still does over 400km for a tank around town with reasonably extensive mods including a walbro and big injectors....... It definitely likes the highway though.

i got 500 driving to swan hill from melboune on a 45 lt tank!! (ssg manul) i was pretty happy with that.

I get 300 from a tank city driving, and around 410 on highway.

I'll get between 320-380km out of a full tank on average, maybe 400 if i'm lucky. That's around town. Highway, easily 500km. Exhaust and pod (for now )

Now that I can get 98 octane the fuel economy has improved and it doesn't ping. (It really liked the Liberty 100 octane with 10% ethyl when I was in Adelaide) I'm just working through a tank of 98 to see what happens.

Also, how you can "estimate" how much it is using is totally beyond me!
