Fuel pump & pressure regulator

Hey guys
I'm looking at buying a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator soon.
Any recommendations on which fuel pump I should get?
Car is a cc gsr running the 4g93t
Running about 14psi
So want something decent
Any help is much appreciated

a walbro gss342 and a sard/tomei fuel reg be sure their genuine items though.

On your setup an aftermarket fpr will be a waste. Unless there is something wrong, the standard fpr's work great. I'm still on my stock one and making 240kw's Atws.
Save the cash and don't bother.
