If its the same tank i'm thinking of then its for a C73a CYBORG/GSR, which are bloody rare- you'd have to import one from N.Z.......

They can be repaired quite easily actually. Does it have a hole or just a dent...
If you want to go welding a fuel tank, rinse it out well with hot water and degreaser (a hot water pressure cleaner works very well), put it in the sun to dry and then have another go. When you go to weld it fill it with a non flammable gas like Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Argon or even exhaust gas is fine. Most of the time TIG welding or soldering is the best but arc/mig will do in a stretch.
I did this to mine yesterday actually because of a puncture - much better than having to buy a new one.
Talk to a boilermaker/sheetmetal fabrication shop they will probably be able to help you - or point you in the right direction.
