Gasket Help

Gday, Just making sure of something... When i put a hew exhaust manifold gasket on, do i use some sort of adhesive?

If so, what do i use..

being exhaust the gasket SHOULD be a metal type. if it is then no you dont need any adhesive.

yeah if its a new one n metal type u dont have to use anything... but it wouldnt hurt if u did....
