gearbox help urgent !!!

guys on a lancer gsr/evo gearbox, the part I require is the sleeve that goes over the input shaft mine got dystroyed for some reason, what is the part actually called , what is the part number of it and most important is were do I get it from, help would be much appreciated thanks ...

Hi check the attached pic, if that looks like the part, the mitsu part number is at the bottom MD716349.
